Hey, I am always looking at other web sites for ideas and inspiration to share. Here is a fantastic one with a quick 10 minute workout for busy moms. Anyone can do this one, start slow and work up to the 10 minute time frame. If it takes you 30 minutes the first time....WHO CARES....you did more than you did a day ago.... that is progress!
