Have you changed something in your lifestyle this month? Little changes can make a big difference in your life. You can change simple things, like portion size of your meals, getting out to walk three times a week or even just aiming to drink all 12 cups of your water requirement!
Whatever your goals start small and work your way up. It is the only way the weight will stay off. If you are trying to gain weight, the same applies! Remember that saying, "Slow and steady win the race."

well my name is vishal , i am 23 yr old guy from india . its been almost 2 n half months i have joined gym. i weighted back then 214 lbs(fat) and with cardio n weighttraining programme every alternate days i lost almost 20 pounds i am 194 lbs now . my aim is to burn all the fat and atleast now to have lean muscular body. Hope i get it and stay motivated.
