With the impending season of eat, eat, eat upon us, I challenge you to join me on the opposite. Let's get lean for Christmas! That will allow you to eat for the Christmas and New Years day celebrations and not worry about gaining a pound or two.
6 small meals a day, keep it to 300-400 calories. Increase your water intake to 3 liters or more per day. 4 days of cardio for 30-45 minutes at medium intensity and throw in 3 days of weight training. That's the secret recipe and my Christmas present to you.
