I keep getting asked how much is enough. From what I have researched, the magic number is different for most. However, saturation can occur at 10g at a time. So, try and experiment for yourself. 2-5g before and after training should do the trick, but stick with it for at least 3 months.
Most people give up after a few weeks and this is a huge error. It takes time for the body to respond, so give it the time it needs. Patience!
